Orders

Placing an order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of our general conditions of sale.

Orders processed by our employees or representatives only become final after confirmation from us.

To be taken into account, the order must include the following elements:

- Generation of the order on graul.fr

- If applicable, a computer file of the work to be carried out in accordance with our technical specifications.

Any cancellation of an order can only take place after our acceptance and will in this case be confirmed in writing in the form of an e-mail.

Complaints will be taken into account within 5 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Beyond that, no complaints will be taken into account.

Price

Catalog sales prices are firm and final until any new publication canceling the previous conditions. Prices are invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect on the day of the order, they are excluding tax, in euros, to which are added the specified shipping costs or free shipping for orders whose amount exceeds €35 for deliveries only in mainland France.

Billing

An invoice is issued for each order.

The order will only be effective upon receipt of payment and all elements of the order as provided for in the orders paragraph. Payments are cashable upon ordering unless specifically agreed.

Payments can be made by credit card, paypal, check, etc.

Time limit

Delivery can only take place if the customer is up to date with his obligations towards the seller, and in particular if there is no late payment, including on orders other than those which must be delivered. Shipping times are expressed in working days (Monday to Friday). The shipping time (from our workshop) is therefore given for information purposes only.

Any delay due, either to the client's failure to deliver the planned documents or the accepted proof on the agreed date, or to the occurrence of force majeure, will rightly result in the application of additional deadlines for the implementation. production.

The occurrence of fire, strikes, disruptions in the supply of raw materials, power outages or machine breakdowns making it impossible to carry out the work assigned within the scheduled time frame will be considered as force majeure.

Any delay in execution of orders cannot serve as a basis for their cancellation.

Transportation

Our goods, even free of charge, travel at the risk of the recipient. Please note, transport times are never guaranteed, unless expressly agreed between us.

Any dispute can only be accepted within 5 days at the latest following the date of actual receipt of the goods or the date of signature of the release, made to the carrier by registered letter addressed to the company's headquarters.

In the event of defective delivery, only the exchange of goods for products conforming to the details of the order is carried out, with the express exclusion of any damages for harm suffered directly or indirectly.

Penalty clause

Any invoice not paid on its scheduled date will automatically result in the payment of interest in agios calculated at the rate of the Banque de France increased by 2% per year, from the date of delivery without the need for formal notice. and will result in the blocking of future orders and will be authorized for any other subsequent contract to demand, in addition to the clearance of receivables, the payment in cash of the entire order. Furthermore, in the event that recovery should be made through legal channels, it will be due in addition to the amount of the invoice, either compensation of 10% of the amount due, or the actual costs incurred if they are higher, this in plus late payment interest.

Jurisdiction clause

In the event of a dispute, whether on the completion of work or on the conditions of sale, the Meaux commercial court will have sole jurisdiction, even in the event of multiple defendants or a call for intervention seen as a guarantee.
